2.Filling part
The filling valve adopts isobaric mechanical valve, which is fast and sensitive, and the filling liquid level precision is high. The bottle guide system is simple in structure and can be changed quickly and conveniently according to the bottle type.
3.Capping part
In the capping part, the caps sorted by the capping machine are screwed onto the bottles of the filled products and sent to the next process by the conveyor chain. 304/316 stainless steel structure is adopted.
Principle
Carbonated beverages (soft drinks) refer to beverages filled with carbon dioxide gas under certain conditions. Carbonated beverages, the main ingredients include: carbonated water, citric acid and other acidic substances, sugar, spices, some contain caffeine, artificial colors, etc. In addition to sugars, which can supplement energy to the human body, inflatable "carbonated drinks" contain almost no nutrients. The packaging containers of carbonated beverages mainly include glass bottles, PET bottles and aluminum two-piece cans. Due to the different packaging containers, the selection of container cleaning, filling and sealing equipment is also different.
The processing process of carbonated beverage filling machine is as follows:

The function of carbonated beverage filling machine is to put drinks into containers and seal them. For aerated beverages, the filling machine should be able to minimize the loss of carbon dioxide during the filling process, which is an important symbol to measure the performance of aerated beverage filling machines. Therefore, isobaric filling is an ideal method: first, inflate the container through the filling valve. When the pressure in the container is equal to the back pressure of the upper cavity of the filling machine's liquid storage cylinder, the filling valve opens, and then the beverage flows into the container according to its own weight. In this process, the pressure of carbon dioxide gas mixed into the beverage has basically not changed, which effectively prevents the escape of carbon dioxide in the beverage and ensures the smooth filling.
