Brief introduction:
Ceramic roller is a most important part of glass tempering furnace, it is used to transport the glass moving to and fro inside the heating chamber. The quality of the ceramic roller directly affects the quality of tempered glass. If the quality of ceramic roller is not good, there would be some marks/pits, etc, especially for the automotive glass.
We only sell and make top quality ceramic roller, many glass processing factories choose our ceramic rollers for their glass tempering furnace/machine
For glass tempering furnace, normally, there are three types for the ceramic roller: solid type, hollow type, spiral type. The hollow type and spiral type is mainly used for automotive glass processing factory, which could reduce the white line at the middle of glass surface.
But now, in order to get the highest quality for automotive glass, most factory use ceramic fiber sleeves onto the ceramic roller, this ceramic sleeves could reduce the marks, white line greatly.
