Application:
The product is a portable PCM Medical Vaccine Travel Cooler Box with thermometer digital display temperature.
The cold box with same design is available in different sizes. there are 10L,12L, 18L and 35L.
This cold box is mainly used for short-distance storage and transportation of semen, as well as for the transportation of vaccines and medicines. The cooler is foamed with a sufficient amount of polyurethane(PU) and has a large capacity with cold energy supply ice packs.
The portable PCM Medical Vaccine Travel Cooler Box is provided with a double ABS buckle, with build-in metal hinges,more durable and secure.
When not using the cold box, store the Ice Bricks and water filled Ice Packs in the freezer - then they will be ready for using just when you want them.
* Before using, wipe the non toxic sealed Ice Bricks dry, and place into a freezer until they are fully frozen (about 24 hours).
* When the temperature inside of the box reached the ideal temperature, open the lid and place the contents to be kept cold in the cold transport container. Close the lid.

- USE OF VACCINE CARRIER BOX- Vaccine carriers and coolant packs are used for keeping vaccines cold during transportation. In comparison with cold boxes, vaccine carriers have a smaller size suitable for use by health workers during immunization campaigns and outreach services.
- HOW TO PACK- Put the vaccines and diluents in the middle of the box or carrier. In vaccine carriers, place a foam pad on top of the conditioned ice packs. In vaccine carrier boxes, place conditioned ice packs on the all side of the box. Close the lid of the vaccine carrier tightly
- INSULATION MATERIAL- The exterior of this small vaccine box is made out of high-density polyethylene material while the internal lining material is made of high-impact polystyrene. The durable construction makes it ideal for transport.
