1.Structure

Electrical Parts

Features by Parts:
1.Feeding Unit:
Adopt high quality rubber vacuum belt, stocking and automatic input to ensure the efficiency of feeding.
Special design makes the adjustment simply, quickly and precisely. The side regulation, paper feed baffle and belt are separately operated parts, which is easy to change the size of carton.
Independent feeding control by a electric clutch during production.
Multiple angle for board feeding with a slanting table for warp board.
Emergency stop switch on both side panel cover.

2.Gluing Unit
The gluing width is 25-35 mm-gluing from bottom side.

The glue box can be moved left or right according to the requirement of the corrugated board.
The gluing amount can be adjusted.
The glue box is made of stainless steel-big contain and easy for cleaning.
Glue applicating roll is made by stainless steel with knurling to obtain event glue apply.

3.Folding Unit
It uses high friction belt. The folding speed is controlled by frequency converter which can be controlled separately and synchronized with the main motor.

Motor driven for order change adjustment-fast and convenient.
Re-creasing roller, re-creasing knife, side roller and flapping plate can eliminate the fish tail effectively.
Machine has memorial function, can store length into the computer.
Both folding arm are protect by limit switch to prevent over size
LED display for machine speed and quality record on top of folding body.
4.Stacking and Counting Unit
The Flapping Plate can help to reduce the fish tail phenomenon.

Motorized compress belt to help every bundle carton are release out.

6.Installation Requirement

Seller will send engineer for installation, debugging and training in the buyer's factory.
