Automatic (IG line) Insulating Glass production line with Argon Gas Filling
Product Overview
The IGU line revolutionizes insulating glass production by transitioning from manual to fully automated machine - based operation. It seamlessly integrates every production stage through a unified system, enabling a one - stop manufacturing process.
Production Process
- Glass Input: Two glass panes, which can be either raw or tempered glass, are fed into the hollow glass production line.
- Initial Treatments: The glass panes go through washing and drying processes to ensure a clean surface.
- Spacer Frame Assembly: A spacer frame is fabricated, filled with desiccant, and then the first seal is applied using butyl glue.
- Quality Check & Frame - Glass Assembly: After a quality inspection, the prepared frame and glass sheets are assembled.
- Final Sealing & Unloading: The sheets are pressed together, followed by the second sealing with polysulfide glue or silicone glue. Finally, the finished insulating glass units are unloaded from the production line.
