Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The installation forms of 20kV oil immersed transformers include pole mounted installation, outdoor outdoor installation, indoor transformer installation, etc.
When installed outdoors, it should be fixed on a reinforced concrete foundation; When installing indoors, it should be ensured that the transformer body is flush with the front of the cabinet and tightly attached to the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
When the transformer is in place, special force points designed for the product should be used, and anti slip and anti slip measures should be taken.
The inclination of the transformer body should be controlled within a certain range during transportation and installation (no more than 15 ° in the long axis direction and no more than 10 ° in the short axis direction).
During installation, attention should be paid to the gaps between each part to avoid being too tight or too loose.
When installing terminals, suitable insulation disks should be selected according to the actual situation and wired correctly.
3. Attachment installation:
When installing accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, sleeves, etc., they should comply with relevant standards and manufacturer requirements.
