1. Installation Form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer installations.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure the transformer is seamlessly aligned with the cabinet front, tightly affixed to the distribution panel with no gaps present.
2. Installation Steps:
During positioning, utilize specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures to secure the transformer effectively.
Maintain careful control over the transformer's inclination during transport and installation: no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° transversely.
Ensure attention to detail regarding part gaps during installation, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness.
Select appropriate insulation discs for terminal installation based on actual conditions, ensuring correct wiring.
3. Attachment Installation:
When fitting accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines.
