Oil-immersed transformers are a kind of power equipment widely used in power systems, mainly for voltage conversion and power transmission. It is designed for high current and large capacity transformer demand in power system, with high stability and reliability.

Performance Characteristics:
1. Winding structure:
The high-voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylindrical, continuous or connecting continuous structure, which improves the shock distribution of the winding, small magnetic leakage, high mechanical strength and strong short-circuit resistance.
2. Iron core design:
Adoption of high quality cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet with full diagonal seam stacking method reduces no-load loss and no-load current.
3. Fastening and anti-loosening:
The core and windings are each fastened with fastening measures, and the fastening parts such as the high and low voltage leads of the body are equipped with self-locking anti-loosening nuts, and the structure of the non-hanging center is adopted, which can withstand the vibration of transportation. All fasteners are equipped with fastening nuts to ensure that the fasteners do not loosen during long-term operation.
4. Vacuum processing:
Coils and cores are vacuum dried, and transformer oil is vacuum filtered and injected in a process that minimizes moisture inside the transformer.
5. Oil tank design:
The oil tank adopts corrugated sheet with breathing function to compensate for the volume change of oil due to temperature change, there is no oil storage cabinet, which reduces the height of the transformer.
6. Other features:
Beautiful appearance, small volume, small installation occupation area, is the ideal maintenance-free products.

Ambient temperature: generally required to be between -25°C and +40°C.
Altitude limit: not exceeding 1000m.
Air humidity: not more than 90% relative humidity (at +25ºC).
Installation place: An area free of corrosive gases and obvious dirt should be selected.
Maintenance and upkeep:
Regular inspection: need to frequently check the oil level and oil insulation strength test, if found problems need to replace the transformer oil in time.
Stable operation: to ensure stable operation of the transformer, to prevent overload and short circuit and other abnormalities.
Safety attention: before installation should consider the ventilation of the plant and fire prevention and other issues, in accordance with technical specifications for the correct installation.
