1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation forms, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer setups, to suit various operational environments.
For outdoor installations, these transformers should be securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. Meanwhile, indoor setups require precise alignment of the transformer body with the cabinet front, ensuring a seamless fit against the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, it is crucial to utilize the designated force points specifically engineered for this product. Ensure that anti-slip measures are rigorously applied to maintain stability.
Attention to detail is vital during transportation and installation, with the inclination of the transformer body meticulously controlled to stay within specified limits: no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Careful attention must be paid to the spacing between each component during installation to prevent any overly tight or loose fits, ensuring optimal performance.
When installing terminals, it's essential to choose the appropriate insulation disks based on the actual conditions and perform accurate wiring for seamless operation.
3. Attachment installation:
Installation of critical accessories, such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, must strictly adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications to ensure reliability and safety.
