1. Installation form:
The versatile installation options for 20kV oil-immersed transformers include pole-mounted configurations, outdoor setups, and seamless indoor installations.
When opting for outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete base; for indoor setups, ensure the transformer aligns precisely with the cabinet front, maintaining a snug fit against the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, utilize the designated special force points for stabilization, implementing anti-slip measures to secure it firmly in place.
During transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within safe limits; no more than 15° along the long axis and no more than 10° along the short axis.
Ensure optimal spacing between components during installation to prevent any excessive tightness or looseness.
Select and install the appropriate insulation disks for terminals, ensuring correct and secure wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
When installing additional components such as gas relays, pressure relief mechanisms, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere to the relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines thoroughly.
