1. Installation Form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation forms, including pole-mounted options, outdoor setups, and indoor installations. Each form is designed to suit specific needs and environments.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. In indoor settings, ensure the transformer body aligns flush with the cabinet front and adheres closely to the distribution panel, leaving no gaps.
2. Installation Steps:
Position the transformer using designated force points, and apply anti-slip measures to safeguard its stability.
Maintain the transformer's inclination within specified limits during transportation and installation: no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Ensure optimal spacing between all components to avoid excessive tightness or looseness.
Select appropriate insulation discs for terminal installation based on the actual scenario, ensuring correct wiring practices.
3. Attachment Installation:
Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in compliance with relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure optimal performance.
