1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, ensuring adaptability to various environments and operational demands.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer onto a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations demand precision alignment, ensuring the transformer body sits flush with the cabinet's front, seamlessly integrating with the distribution panel without gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During placement, utilize specially designed force points specific to our transformers, incorporating anti-slip measures to ensure stability and safety.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's body inclination, ensuring it remains within safe parameters during transport and installation-no more than 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis.
During installation, meticulous attention to detail is crucial to avoid overly tight or loose connections between components.
Select appropriate insulation disks based on actual scenarios when installing terminals, ensuring correct wiring for optimal performance.
3. Attachment installation:
When fitting accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines is imperative for safe and efficient operation.
