1. Installation form:
Our 20kV Oil-Immersed Transformers offer versatile installation methods, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer installations, each designed to maximize efficiency and safety.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation for stability; when installed indoors, ensure the transformer body is level with the front of the cabinet and closely aligned with the distribution panel for seamless integration.
2. Installation steps:
During positioning, utilize the specially designated force points for the transformer, employing anti-slip measures to maintain stability and safety.
Ensure the transformer's inclination remains within safe limits during transport and installation - no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Pay meticulous attention to the gaps between components during installation, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness for optimal performance.
Select appropriate insulation disks tailored to the specific requirements when installing terminals, ensuring correct wiring for flawless operation.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines, guaranteeing optimal functionality.
