Dodecyl/tetradecyl dimethyl amines (DMA1214) can react with quaternary ammonium materials such as methyl chloride, dimethyl sulfate, and diethyl sulfate to form cationic quaternary ammonium salts, widely used in textile, daily chemical, oil field and other industries.
Dodecyl/tetradecyl dimethyl amines (DMA1214) can produce amphoteric surfactant betaine BS-1214.
Dodecyl/tetradecyl dimethyl amines (DMA1214) can produce amine oxide as a foaming agent.
