The integrated inner and outer tea bag packing machine streamlines the packaging process by combining both functions into a single unit. Once the inner tea bag is sealed, a specialized picker mechanism carefully selects and transfers the inner bag into the awaiting outer bag. Subsequently, the outer bag is sealed, ensuring a seamless and efficient packaging process for the tea bags.

Here are the steps for the tea bag packaging process using a volumetric cup:

1. Measuring by the Volumetric Cup:
The process begins with the volumetric cup accurately measuring the specified quantity of tea leaves. This precise measuring step ensures consistency in the tea content for each bag.

2. Inner Bag Seal:
After measuring, the tea is carefully filled into the inner bag. Once filled, the inner bag is sealed to secure the tea leaves inside. This sealing process ensures the freshness and integrity of the tea.

3. Outer Bag Seal:
With the inner bag securely sealed, the specialized picker transfers the sealed inner bag to the awaiting outer bag. Subsequently, the outer bag is sealed, completing the packaging process.
