This machine is a filling and capping machine, can add bottle sorting machine and labeling machine, as a complete production line, small volume bottle sorting speed, the overall footprint is small, can be used for the production of electronic cigarette oil, small bottle perfume, or low speed large volume bottle filling and capping.

Capping Advantages
When the pump cover is placed on the bottle, it reaches the cap screw-ing station. The cap screw-ing station is held by four cap screw-holding hands to rotate the cap and tighten the cap.This work station screw cap is completed by servo motor, torque is adjustable, the speed of screw cap is adjustable, the gripper is made of imported silicone material, to ensure that the lid will not be scratched.Torque displays kilogram force on the touch screen, which can directly reflect the torque required by customers.

After one year, if you need to change parts, we will kindly provide you with the best price or maintain it in your site. The Manufacturer shall guarantee the goods are made of Manufacturer's best materials, with first class workmanship, brand new, unused and correspond in all respects with the quality, specification and performance as stipulated in this Contract. Quality guarantee period is within 12 months from B/L date. The Manufacturer would repair the contracted machines free of charge during the quality guarantee period. If the break-down can be due to the improper use or other reasons by the Buyer, the Manufacturer will collect repair parts cost.
