This(FAS brand) rail-mounted SSR single-phase solid-state relay is an enhanced switch element with two SCR thyristors connected back to back.
The SCR element adopts high thermal conductivity DBC components combined with patented direct mounting technology on the heat sink surface, which greatly improves the reliability of switch thermal cycle and high temperature operation.
It provides a wide range of applications, such as electric heating, motor start and stop, and capacitive loads. This product series provides an operating current of up to 90 AAC at a width of 72 mm.The output connection is achieved through a screw connector with a locking washer (to ensure a reliable circuit) (which can handle a cable of up to 25mm2 (AWG3)). The input connection is achieved through a terminal block with a locking screw connector. Other options with integrated heat sinks are also available in the series. Models ending with L/M/V/M72 are all DIN rail or panel mounting.
The ambient temperature applicable to the current of the option with integrated heat sink is 40ºC.
