Product description
1.Rinser:
The bottle enters the rinser through the transmission star wheel, and the bottle clip catches the bottle mouth along the bottle guide rail upward 180 to make the bottle mouth down. In the specific area of the rinser (determined by the water distributor, -- the bottle water is pumped into the water distributor, and then distributed to the water holder by the water tray through pipes), the nozzle of the bottle holder emits water and washes the inner wall of the bottle. After rinsing and draining, turn the bottle down the guide rail by 180 to make the bottle mouth up. The washed bottles are exported from the machine through a transition steel dial wheel (pure water bottle) and transmitted to the next process-filler.
2. Filler
The bottle entering the filler is held by the bottle mouth of the bottleneck support board, and the filling valve drops and rises under the action of the cam through the mechanical lifting mechanism. The filling is done at normal pressure. After the mechanical device drops away from the contact bottle mouth, and after the filling ends, the mechanical mechanism closes the filling valve and leaves the bottle mouth. After filling, the bottle is transferred from the transition wheel enters to the capper.
3. capper
After filler, the bottle enters the capper through the bottleneck transition wheel. The stop device on the capping machine stuck at the bottleneck, keeping the bottle upright and preventing rotation. The spin cap head keeps rotates and rotates on the cap machine, and realizes the cap fetching, cap covering, cap screwing and cap dismissing under the action of the cam to complete the whole capping process.
