Moving column type gantry machining center gantry milling center
Crown block type mechanism design. The floor area of the machine is 40% less than that of fixed pillar models with the same stroke.
The column structure with low center of gravity makes loading and unloading of large workpieces more convenient and safe.
The fixed workbench design can provide a higher load capacity of the workbench without the problem of mechanism loss.
The operating room with a protective door can move along the X-axis of the beam, providing both safety and convenience for operation.
Both sides of the workbench are equipped with chain plate chip extractors, which can provide excellent chip removal ability.
Alternatively, an automatic exchange head library can be equipped as a five-sided machining machine.
