PACKAGE:
STRUCTURE, MATERIALS AND PERFORMACE:
Disposable Urine Bag is used for clinical patient to collect urine and only for single use. Through biological tests, products have sterilization, no abnormal toxicity, and the physical, chemical and biological performance and meet the requirements. It is mainly composed of connector, cap of connector, inlet tubing, restraint, check valve, urine collection bag, drainage tap and outlet tap. Among them, the restraint, cap of connector and Outlet tap are formed with PE and PP material injection mould; the connector is formed with PVC injection mould; the inlet tubing and drainage tap are formed by PVC extrursion; the check valve and urine collection bag are formed with PVC injection mould.
PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT AND STERILIZATION METHOD :
The products are produced and assembled in 100000 grade cleanliness room which is meeting requirement. The products are sterilized with ethylene oxide.
