Model ZL-SC Vacuum Medical Tube Vacuum Processor system is a complete system for the processing and repairing and filling of high-power tubes such as those for X-ray and CAT scan machines, high voltage generators and spherical tubes. It's mainly to do filtration, vacuum dry, vacuum oil filling, repair & maintenance, vacuum reservation of oil, vacuum filling/refilling tubes and so on.
The standard model ZL-SC Mainly with following available functions include:
Filtration of dielectric fluid for oil-filled tubes.
High-Vacuum drying.
Total acid number reduction of the oil with use of an optional fuller's earth filter.
Vacuum storage of processed fluid to prevent recontamination through exposure to air.
Vacuum Degassing and dehydration to remove out the moisture.
High-vacuum evacuation of the tube prior to filling.
Do the maintenance for the x ray tube, high generators and x ray monoblock.
Apply for X-ray tubes, CT tubes, X-ray generators, HT generators, etc. Has already processed tubes and HT generators from Philip, Varian,GE, Siemens, Toshiba, Shimadazu, etc.
