4.Equipment Normal Operating Conditions
- Environmental Conditions: temperature: 0~40ºC, humidity≤ 80%RH, no corrosive gas, no strong airflow disturbance;
- Nitrogen gas conditions: Supply pressure 0.2-0.4 MPa; purity ≥99.999%; consumption 3-7 m³/h;
- Hydrogen gas conditions: Supply pressure 0.2-0.4 MPa; consumption 3-7 m³/h;
- Air conditions: Supply pressure 0.2-0.4 MPa; clean, dry, oil-free; consumption 3-7 m³/h;
