Add water evenly
High-pressure gas pushes the water flow to spray out in a mist form, so that the water on the surface of the rice grains is evenly and stably added. The polished rice is white and bright, with high precision and less broken rice. Automatic water addition uses intelligent ammeters, temperature controllers and other automatic components to control the opening and closing of the water pump according to the amount of material entering the machine. When the material is cut off or the feed is too much, the water pump will automatically shut down. The water pump will only open when the feed flow is normal, avoiding the phenomenon of suffocation and excessive water addition.
