Part 1. About Filter Efficiency:
High-efficiency filters can capture finer impurity particles better than ordinary filters. Therefore, the high efficiency filter can slow down the wear and cylinder pulling caused by impurities entering the engine system. The following photos show the amount of dirt intercepted and filtered by Torch filters and general filters after 5,000 kilometers.

Part 2. About Filter Paper Quality:
All filter papers look the same to the naked eye, but photo micrographs can let you see the difference between different filter papers. For inferior filter papers, they can only intercept relatively coarse particles and impurities, and will allow finer particles and impurities to enter your engine system and damage the life of your engine system.

Part 3. About Adhesion of filter Paper and End Cap:
Inferior filters have poor airtightness, causing impurities to slip into the engine system of our car from the bond between the filter paper and the end cover. This is because the filter loses its filtering function and cannot protect the relevant parts in our engine system.

Part 4. About Metal Burrs:
If burrs or tiny metal impurities exist on the inner side of the general filter housing, they can directly enter the engine system without obstruction, causing damage and abrasion to the precision parts of the engine.

Unlike the quality of filter paper, the quality of the sealing ring cannot be measured with the naked eye. The sealing ring directly affects the filtering effect of the filter. Sealing rings produced with the wrong ingredients or poorly programmed control systems may cause leakage, which in turn will cause the engine to malfunction. Our company's sealing ring is made of appropriate materials and processed through strict control procedures to ensure the function and quality of the filter.
