Our Quality Controls
We have strict quality control procedures for our resin grinding wheel disc products as follows:
1. Test of stacking density of raw abrasives, test of viscosity of phenolic resin and test of tensile strength of glass fibre mesh. To see if it meets the use standard of our factory.
2, mixing test, each model has a set mixing time, according to the humidity and stability of the day to properly adjust the dryness and humidity of the material.
3,Control the thickness of moulding; the thickness of moulding is decided according to the pressure of feeding and press, according to the customer's requirement or the national standard to control flexibly.
4, semi-finished products thickness, weight and appearance inspection; semi-finished products need to be sampling every 100 pieces of 10 pieces to check the thickness, weight and appearance of the product to ensure that the customer to go with the same.
5, finished product thickness, weight, appearance, rotary strength, cutting test inspection and make a good record; finished products should be randomly sampled to test the product, rotary strength to ensure that the national standard, cutting test to maintain consistency with customer requirements or more than the customer's expected results.
6,Packaging details; according to customer requirements for packaging, outside the box positive mark, the side of the standardised posting.
7, to each customer's products to leave a message to save, to ensure that the quality of each batch of goods to maintain consistency.
