Caminix Valve test bench was established in 2009 ,during these years Caminix valve testing equipment has been developed into the international market as the superior leader in China domestic market, regarding both the market share and the advanced technology. 1. Brief Introduction of CMX-ZA Portable type Safety Valve test bench
CMX-ZA valve hydraulic test bench consists of hydraulic system, oil pressure, water pressure instrument system, control valve system, clamping table system, top pressure cylinder system, and the test process and results meet relevant regulations and requirements.
The test bench workbench adopts the valve flange end face seal, and the holding claw directly clamps the back of the valve flange for compression. The clamping mechanism is clamped by the clamping claw, and the clamping oil cylinder directly pushes the tested valve to work, which has no effect on the test valve. The external force can reach the required pressure of the valve under test.
Working process: adjust the cylinder pressing pressure according to the nominal diameter and pressure of the valve (refer to the pressure comparison table) - press the workpiece - start pressurization - pressure performance test - pressure relief and reset.

Our standard payment is 50% advance payment by T/T after order confirmation, balance payment 50% paid by T/T before shipment.

Our machines are guaranteed by 12 months after date of shipment.

Yes, we can , we can use your logo, please specify when order.
8. Do you have any references in overseas?
