4. Surface TreatmentPowder coating: it is most widely used and environmental friendly wayRoll coating: it can make flower and wooden beautiful pattern come to life with 15 years lifespan.
PVDF: it is the best surface treatment with anti-weather, anti-hit function. Experiment shows that pvdf will not fade in 20 years under harsh rain and sun shining.
5.Our Production Process
Coating Process:
Skim →Alkali-corrosion → Blare-elimination(by acid) →Chromiumizing → Drying → Parts-installation
→Spraying Solidifying → Parts- removing → QC& Packing
Before coating:
- All panels were produced as per the drawing.
- All panels were inspected, including the size, the polishing, the flatness etc.
- All panels were placed neatly to get coated.
After coating:
- All panels were coated as per the color and finish.
- All panels were inspected, including the appearance quality, the color, the coating thickness etc.
- All panels were packed with protected film, bubble film and placed neatly to get ready for shipment.
