The LW36-145/3150-40 self powered AC high-voltage sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker is an outdoor product suitable for use in AC 50HB power grids with a maximum voltage of 145kV in areas with an altitude not exceeding 3000 meters, an ambient temperature not lower than -40P, and a pollution level not higher than IV. It is used to cut off rated current, fault current, or conversion lines, achieve control and protection of the power system, and can also be used as a contact circuit breaker
This product uses SF6 gas as the arc extinguishing and insulation medium, adopts the most advanced self energy arc extinguishing technology in the world, and is equipped with a new type of spring operating mechanism. It has the characteristics of long electrical life, low operating power, low noise, and high reliability. Its structure is simple, small in size, and long without maintenance cycle. It is the most reliable product in high-altitude areas or 132kV power systems, and can replace imported products of the same type
Structural characteristics
The circuit breaker adopts a three-phase ceramic pillar single break structure, with a spring operated mechanism for the three phases. It is centrally arranged and interconnected with the three phases, resulting in a novel and exquisite appearance The circuit breaker uses SF6 gas as the insulation and arc extinguishing medium. During operation, the three poles of the circuit breaker are connected to SF6 gas, and a pointer type density relay is used to monitor its pressure and density progress Due to the use of self powered arc extinguishing principle and optimized design in the circuit breaker motion system, the mechanical efficiency has been effectively improved and the operating power has been minimized to the greatest extent possible;
