Double Head Cutting Wheel Making Machine

Cutting disc making machine is used for cutting disc molding. On this cutting disc making machine, it includes putting materials, leveling material, put net, baking net, press net, put label and ring, press the disc, and then pick up the disc. Mainly have above functions to achieve the cutting disc molding.
To meet different needs, we have several models of cutting disc making machine. For 100-125mm cutting wheel, we designed a model of 52workstaions machine, it can make 4-5inch, 1-3mm cutting disc. You can produce double nets on this machine.

3. Machine is semi-automatic, and we had leave the place for setting other automatic devices to achieve fully automatic.

When shiiping the maching, we make the naked packing for machine, and for the accessories of machine, they are packed with wooden box.

1. How long will be the delivery time of the machine?
A: It is related to the machine quantity you ordered. Generally, for a full production line of cutting wheel, the delivery time will be 3-4month.
2. Which port you can arrive?
A: We use Qingdao port usually, because it is close to us.
3. How about the payment terms you support?
A: 40%TT in advance, and 60%TT before shipment.
4. Can I visit your factory to see the machines working?
A: Yes, of course. For now,  After this hard period, welcome to visit our factory.
 

Generally, to make cutting disc and grinding wheel, the whole production line includes hydraulic mixer, sieving, cutting disc press machine, curing oven, strength test machine, air compressor, balance tester etc.
Air compressor is to provide the power for the pneumatic parts of the machine.
Strength test machines is usually to test the strength of the grinding wheel and usually the diameter over 125mm gridnign wheel need to test the rotation strength.
Balance tester is generally used for testing the balance of some bigger size, like 12-16inch cutting disc.
