Product Description
Brief introduction:
Spray liquid inorganic and metallic salts into the high-temperature furnace for instant pyrolysis, resulting in the formation of oxides and other powdery products.
Technical features:
1. Temperature of pyrolysis: 600 to 1400 ºC.
2. Instant pyrolysis: no excessive burning of the product, ensuring high activity of the product.
3. Heat sources include electric heating, fuel gas, fuel oil, and fire coal.
4. Production capacity: 5 to 3,000 kg/h.
System configuration:
1. Fluid delivery nebulizer: fluid pumping; corrosion and high-temperature resistance.
A single-stream or dual-stream nebulizer is used.
2. Decomposition furnace: direct or indirect heating; heat and corrosion resistance; leak-proof.
3. Recovery equipment: Using a bag filter or cyclone dust collector to recover the solid.
An absorption tower is used to treat the resulting decomposed off-gas.
