Product Description
Background:
In the production of organic and inorganic chemical products, a large amount of wastewater containing
salt is generated. This water transforms into solid crystals after evaporation and concentration, with a
significant presence of organic and inorganic impurities within these crystalline salts.
Brief introduction:
Our company utilizes low-temperature carbonization treatment as a technique to handle organic liquid
waste containing salt. The process involves conveying the organic liquid waste into the carbonization
pyrolysis furnace, where the organics undergo pyrolysis and carbonization. They then combine with
inorganic salts to form a mixture of carbon and salt. This mixture is further carbonized until the organic
content meets the criteria for harmless treatment. The exhaust generated during this process is directed
towards an off-gas treatment system, while also recycling the heat from it.
Working principle:
The selection of carbonization technique, duration, and working temperature depends on the properties of
both the organics and inorganic salts present in the liquid waste. Our company has developed one-step and
multistep carbonization techniques for various types of liquid wastes.
Applied area:
Medication, pesticides, the fine chemical industry, dyes, chemical materials, petrochemicals, and coal chemicals industries.
