COMPOSITE INSULATORS
The Composite insulator includes epoxy glass fiber reinforced rod, silicon rubber umbrella skirt and metallic end fittings. We adopts complete injection technology to solve the key problem of interface electric spark puncture. Connection of the glass fibre rod and metal fittings adopts compression technique, equipped with full automatic sound wave detection system.
Features:
- High electrical and mechanical strength
- Good performance of hydrophobicity and sealing, strong anti-ageing and corrosion proof.
- Fine anti-pollution, strong prevent flash accident, and no need of manual cleaning, can be operated in high pollution areas.
