Founded in 1989, Zhuzhou Xinhua Cemented Carbide Industrial CO.,Ltd, is a professional manufacturer of tungsten carbide cutting tools. Located in the biggest carbide production and export base of Zhuzhou, China. Xinhua specializes in research and development, manufacture and sales of cemented carbide cutting inserts including turning inserts, milling inserts, Aluminum inserts, cermet inserts, grooving inserts and customized inserts.

2.Special structure of Al2O3 deposit layer acts as a thermal barrier and strengthens the capability of substrate against plastic deformation under dry and high-speed cutting conditions.
3.TiCN layer acts against abrasion, which leads to the best wear resistance of the flank.
4.Thanks to the technology of gradient sintering, impact resistance of cutting edge and wear resistance are improved which lead to improved capability of cutting edge against damage.
5.Carbide with special crystal structure improves the Red Hardness of substrate and strengthens heat resistance of insert.

The combination of substrate with excellent wear resistance and coating composed of MT-TiCN, thick layer of Al2O3 and TiN makes it suitable for finishing steel.

We are a manufacturer and our factory is located in Zhuzhou city, the hometown of Chinese tungsten carbide.
2. What is your minimum order requirement?
We will indicate the MOQ for each item in the quotation sheet. We accept the sample and trial order. If the quantity of single item can't reach the MOQ, the price should be sample price.
3. How long will it take to execute my order?
For the stock items, we can arrange the shipment within 3-5 days after received your payment. For the customized items, we will indicate the delivery time in the quotation sheet.
4. Can you give warranty of your products?

For the overseas orders, if there is quality problem, please kind to provide the pictures to show the problems by e-mail.
