Stainless Steel Sewage Draniage Water Pump (WQ50-15-5.5)

1. WQD/WQ submersible sewage pump series uses a unique single or double-channel impeller structure so as to improve sewage discharge capacity. It can discharge fibers which are five times larger than the pump caliber and solid particles which are as large as 50% of the outlet caliber.
2. With a double-end faced mechanical seal and a double seal mode as well as new wear-resistant hard material, the pump keeps working in the oil chamber to make sure it can operate constantly and safely for more than 8, 000 hours.
3. The pump is small in overall structure, light, wear-resistant, energy-saving, beautiful, easy to maintain, free from the pump room and able to serve as soon as put into water. Therefore, it can reduce the construction cost.
4. There is a protector for overheating and overcurrent in the pump to prevent the motor from overloading and overheating. For pumps with a power higher than 7.5KW, a high-precision and anti-jamming seal leakage monitoring device can be mounted according to customers' requirements.
5. Full automatic safety protection control cabinet can be equipped according to customers' requirements to monitor water leakage, electric leakage, overloading and overheating so as to guarantee safe and reliable operation.
6. The cutting device of the pump is able to cut up the scruff, plastic products and fibrous materials in a pool to make sure the impeller can suck in and discharge them smoothly (The device can be set up at the inlet of the impeller according to customers' requirements).

Service condition
1. Medium temperature should not exceed 60 degrees centigrade, density should be less than 1.2kg/dm3, particle content should be more than 60% and pH value should be between 4-10.
2. The part of the motor above the liquid level should not be more than half of its total length.
3. The company will provide customized service for pumps used to transport medium with strong corrosion.
