Characteristics:
1) This machine adopts the advanced technology in the chemical industry-static mixer (that is, carbonized), which has a large gas-liquid mass transfer area, small resistance loss, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and simple structure. and adopts reliable performance and a low-noise multi-stage centrifugal pump guarantees the performance of the whole machine.
2) The machine is equipped with a high-precision proportional needle valve and a pneumatic angle valve in the syrup and water pipelines, which can not only accurately adjust the mixing ratio, but also prevent the syrup and water from mixing each, and the action is sensitive and reliable.
3) This machine adopts atomization deoxygenation, which can not only save carbon dioxide gas but also achieve the purpose of deoxygenation so that the deoxygenated water has a better pre-carbonization effect.
4) This machine can easily adjust the gas content. according to the requirements of the beverage gas content, through proper operation adjustments.
5) The machine is equipped with a perfect automatic control system, which has the advantages of coordinated action, simple structure, continuous production, and a high degree of automation.
Equipment component:
It mainly consists of the degassing unit, mixing unit, cooling unit, pre-carbonization unit, carbonization unit, electrical control unit, and rack.
Working principle:
1) Degassing unit
The system uses a vacuum pump to vacuum the degassing tank so as to maintain a certain negative pressure in the degassing tank. The treated water enters the degassing tank through the nozzle at the top of the degassing tank in the form of fog. Under the condition of negative pressure, the gas in the fog water is easier to be discharged, which facilitates the dissolution of carbon dioxide in the later stage, and the quantity control.
2) Mixing unit
The degassed treated water and the cooled syrup enter the T-type mixing tube in a certain mixing proportion through the flow regulating device and then enter the mixing tank. The water tank, syrup tank, and mixing tank work under the same and constant gas pressure, so as to improve the mixing accuracy and flow stability, ensure the isolation of material and atmosphere and ensure that the mixing liquid is not polluted by air. The water tank and syrup tank in the mixing system can accurately control the liquid level through the inner buoy device, while the liquid level in the mixing tank can be accurately controlled by the adjusting valve.
3) Cooling unit
The mixed liquid is cooled to the optimum carbonization temperature through the heat exchanger to ensure the stable operation of the pre-carbonization system behind it.
4) Pre-carbonization unit
The CO2 gas is injected into the ejector in a certain amount through the metering device, and the ejector is mixed with the cooled liquid to achieve a certain amount of CO2 gas addition.
5) Carbonization unit
The beverage after pre-carbonization is injected into the carbonization tank through the nozzle at the top of the carbonization tank in a foggy form. The foggy liquid is fully fused with the added CO2 gas to achieve the required beverage gas content. The CO2 pressure control system is used to control the CO2 adding to ensure the stability of the back pressure in the carbonization tank.
6) Electrical control unit
It is equipped with a programmable controller, man-machine interface, detection device, pneumatic control device, and other electrical components and instruments, and automatic control is realized by the programmable controller.
