Rotary Opp Hot Melt Bottle Labeling Machine
labeler adopts a modular design, which can meet customized requirements for various bottle types, different labeling forms, or combined labeling forms. The rotary bottle tray of the labeler adopts servo positioning mode, which can realize accurate positioning for different bottle types by visual positioning, sensor positioning, and bottle bottom slot positioning. The labeling machine can be adapted to different labeling station modules - hot melt glue labeling station, self-adhesive labeling station, and pre-coated glue labeling station.

1. Auto cutting and Sticking circle or half circle of bottle. Auto melting and attaching glue on top and rear of the label, glue auto recycling.
2. Variable speed control system, synchronous automatic detection system, automatic adjust production speed, Always make the labeling machine at best production speed
3. Star Wheel separation and feeding, correlation design transmission mode high-speed labeling, stable precision.
4. Servo motor synchronous tracking, with special designed vacuum drum adsorption, labeling precise and stable
5. Abnormal situation, this machine has a safety device, automatic stop immediately.
6. Following conditions the machine will automatically stop and alarm:
(1) Label is not labeled on bottles

STANDARD MACHINE ARRANGEMENT
1. Separator screw and wheel: to separate products equidistantly before into the labeling.
2.Conveyors:3meter with power and conveyor belt, can connect with filling machine and wrapping machine directly, or by connecting plate.
3. Bottle holder: Change to another bottle need to change the holder.
4. Labeling wheel: Absorb the cut label, and label onto the specific area of the bottle stable and precisely.
5. Label cutter: Cut the roll label into pieces to ensure each piece is of the same length.
6. Gluing roller: Gluing roller is where spread hot melt glue onto the two ends of the cut label on the labeling wheel. The glue will only be spread onto the two ends of the label to avoid glue pollution on another area of the label.
7. Glue tank: To store hot melt glue and melt glue power-efficient, glue melting temperature self-adjustable, ensure best viscidity max melting temperature 180oc.
8. E-rectify system: Auto rectify the labeling position ensure each label is at a horizontal position.
9. Label roll station: With potential meter and servo motor(label end and end difference within 1mm),auto-adjust tightness of label, to ensure stable label feeding.
10. Rotary servo: Ensure the bottle is positioned in the right position.
