Product Description
Heat shrinkable tubing
Material: Polyolefin
Shrinkage Ratio: 2:1 (will maximum shrink to 1/2 its supplied diameter)
Operating Temperature: -55°C to +125°C
Minimum Shrinkage Temp: +70°C
Full Shrinkage Temp: +110°C
Maximum Tensile Strength: 10.4 Mpa
Heat shrinkable material: With plastic linear polymer or polymer alloy as the base material, the polymer molecular chain is partially cross-linked to form a network structure by high-energy irradiation or chemical method to obtain elastic memory effect, and then it is heated to expand to a specific size and then cooled to shape. When used, it shrinks to the shape and size before expansion after heating to an appropriate temperature.
Heat shrinkable sleeve: The above polymer or polymer alloy is extruded to obtain a tubular intermediate product of a specified size, and then heated to expand after irradiation (or chemical) cross-linking, and cooled to shape to obtain a tubular product of a certain size to become a heat shrinkable sleeve.
Mainly used for wire connection, solder joint protection, wire end harness, electronic device protection and insulation treatment, parts and metal surface protection, related product rust prevention, anti-corrosion treatment, wire and other product identification.
