At its core, this transformer boasts an iron core crafted from high-conductivity, low-loss silicon steel, resulting in significantly minimized no-load losses.

Our advanced high-voltage winding technology incorporates a sophisticated multi-layer structure, applicable to products up to 500kVA. For those transformers rated at 630kVA and beyond, we've introduced an innovative spiral type for low-voltage windings, ensuring enhanced electrical performance and formidable mechanical strength, particularly in the face of short circuits.

A standout feature of this transformer is its ingenious pan-seal structure. This design meticulously isolates transformer oil from external air, dramatically slowing oil aging and significantly boosting operational reliability. The oil tank design is further elevated by the use of corrugated plates that facilitate optimal oil circulation and superior heat dissipation.
