ZTW series water type mold temperature controllers has standard type,high temperature type,double power heating mold temperature controler,mainly control the mold temperature to be kept in a constant temperature state.It uses water as heating media to realize heat exchange bydirectcooling for standard temperature control from 120-180ºC.Water type has its superiorities with high efficient heat transmission,less pollution,water resource easy to be attained with low cost.It adopts dual P.I.D.controller to make sure stable temperature which can be controlled precisely withaccuracy up to±0.2ºC.
Features
1.It uses water as heating media, standard type can heat up to 120'ºC ; hightemperature type can heat up to 160ºC; high temperature & highpressure type can heat up to 180ºC.
2.Electronic control panel and machine body are isolated to acquire goodeffects on heat insulation in order to extend the service life of electricalcomponents.
3.Perfect safety protection and error indication display which are easymaintained and repaired.
4.Imported hi-class parts with long service life to save maintenance cost.
5.To adopt P.1.D. automatic calculation controller which can achieve rapidheating and cool down speeds lead temperature to be kept precisely andstably with accuracy up to ±0.2ºC.

7.304 stainless steel integrated pipelines with less pipe resistance and even heating for long service life.

Notes: The hopper capacity of ZKD series is calculated by the material density of 0.6 kg/L. If there are some differences in customer's material density, hopper capacity should be adjusted proportionally.
