Accuracy: In the process of assembly or welding, the use of positioning blocks, connecting blocks, clamps, and support blocks can accurately position the workpiece, and the workpiece is firmly fixed on each positioning point or positioning surface. The probability of a workpiece that cannot be located is very small. If the geometric dimensions of the workpiece itself are inaccurate, it can be detected quickly and eliminated in the initial machining process.
4. Sturdy and durable: During the welding process, only cheap anti-splash liquid is needed to avoid welding spatter on the surface of the 3D workbench. The workbenches are subjected to aging treatment and special processing. With the interchangeability of the modular design, you can complete complex and accurate tooling combinations in a short time. Whether making a single part or assembling components, this method is very economical. Gridded high-precision holes on the table and each module enable clamping to achieve high accuracy and repeatability.

What is the difference between 16 series and 28 series of three-dimensional flexible fixtures?
The main reason is that the aperture of the working platform is different, the 16 series is 16mm, and the 28 series is a straight hole of 28mm.
The 16 series is mainly used in the welding and assembly of smaller workpieces; the 28 series is mainly used in the welding and assembly of larger workpieces.
Why not other diameters?
