Product Name:UV-2301 UV-curable Unsaturated Polyester Resin
1. Brief Introduction:UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity, isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, it cures under ultraviolet lamps, offering excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing, and superior mechanical properties. Ideal for the ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The model and quantity of magnesium oxide paste directly affect the thickening viscosity and rate. Therefore, small batch trials are recommended before full-scale application.
2) UV2301 resin can be cured using both *** and UV-LED lamps. If other light sources are to be used, small-batch trials should be conducted first.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums. Since the resin contains ultraviolet light initiators, these containers must be stored in a dark place and kept completely opaque.
2) During transportation, comply with the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations."
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the containers sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC with a shelf life of 6 months. Storage duration decreases with rising temperature.
