Pine wood pellet machine description:
1. Pellet machine can make wood pellet and animal feed, designed for different usage.
2. Our KL series Flat-die pellet press is for pressing all kinds of bio-mass material to be solid pellets which is for burning fuel or animal feeding. Its ideal pellet press for personal, family and small plants due to easy operation and maintenance.
3. Pine wood sawdust is the best materials to make pellets. Because it is rich in oil, and the sawdust can be pressed very high quality wood pellets.
Special instruction:
1. Our machines can be driven by gasoline engine, diesel engine or electrical motor.
2. We can manufacture the machines according to your special requirements. For example: as for the frequency, voltage and color, and so on.
3. Different models have different output, you can choose the suitable ones.
The use of flat die pelletizers has the following advantages:
- Simple structure, wide applicability, small footprint, low noise.
- Powdered feed and grass powder can be granulated without (or with a small amount of) liquid addition. The moisture content of the granular feed is basically the same as that of the material before granulation, making it easier to store.
- The particles produced have high hardness, smooth surface, and sufficient internal maturity, which can improve the digestion and absorption of nutrients, as well as kill common pathogenic microorganisms and parasites. They are suitable for raising rabbits, fish, ducks, and laboratory animals, and can achieve higher economic benefits than mixed powdered feed.
- Adapt to different materials to ensure the effect of pressing.
- The diameter of the flat pressing wheel is not limited by the mold, which can increase the space for installing bearings. Selecting large bearings increases the bearing capacity of the pressing wheel, which not only improves the pressing force of the pressing wheel, but also extends its service life.
