Overall Function Description of the Equipment
1.The auto-taping machine is located behind the auto bussing machine. In operation, the tape sticking machine receives the components welded from the auto bussing machine, and automatically sticks transparent tape between the cell strings on the component to fix the string spacing.2.The auto-taping machine has the following advantages: steel structure welded frame, high strength, stable and reliable operation, no vibration; the equipment is driven by the servo motor and precision screws, and is guided by linear guide rail, which is accurate, stable and reliable; the equipment is fully automatic control, and no human intervention is required during operation; the operation interface is simple and easy to use; servo cylinder structure is adopted for loading and alignment, so the positioning is accurate and model changing is quick; the switching of different sizes of glass and plate type is one-button switching, which is completed within 5 minutes; the loading speed of glass is: 10-20m/min, unloading speed of component is: 15m/min.

4. HMI: Chinese mode. Each parameter interface of touch screen is protected by password. Automatic / manual operation mode is available. All servo motor speed (automatic and manual) and height can be adjusted in the HMI.

The Action Flow of the Equipment
1.Servo aligns components after the glass is transferred into place2. Tape sticking head 1 and tape sticking head 2 are equipped with two sets of XYZ motion systems respectively. They stick tape without interfering with each other
3. After the tape is pasted, the tape sticking heads return to stand by position, and the alignment unit returns to the home position. The glass enters the next unit.
4.The components of the previous unit enter the equipment again, and the above actions are repeated.
