MBB technology could reduce the resistance loss of bus bars, improve the efficiency of solar cells and improve the optical utilization of ribbon area on module surface. In addition, MBB technology could greatly reduce the silver consumption to reduce the electricity cost. After years of development and customer site experience accumulation, LEAD has successfully achieved stable mass production of MBB+half cut cell technology in the industry with more than 10 patents authorized.
Multi-Bus Bar Cell Tabber and Stringer is designed for soldering strings by 12 ribbons on tested cells and sort the soldered cell strings into different categories. It is the first time to achieve high speed mass production of 12BB/9BB cells in the industry. The highest production capability is 3600 pcs per hour, which increases the power efficiency of modules and reduces the consumption of silver paste, bringing positive economic return to customers.
Equipment Characteristics

High soldering quality with good soldering appearance: It adopts traditional IR soldering method and unique PID temperature closed loop control. Same breakage rate with traditional half cut cell modules, actual production breakage rate is <0.2%; Adopts IR soldering and independent press pin unit.
Stable mass production with uptime ≥98%: Adding units like press fixtures.
Unique ribbon handling and positioning unit to ensure the accurate overlap of main busbar and ribbon.
