The pipeline circulation heater is mainly an electric heating device for heating the medium, which converts electricity into heat energy.
The stainless steel electric heating tube is used as the heating element, and there are multiple deflectors inside the product to guide the residence time of the medium in the inner cavity, so that the medium is fully heated and uniform, and the heat exchange rate is improved.
The internal high-temperature voltage system of the pipeline electric heater is composed of metal tubes.
When working, the high-temperature circulation system has magnesia-aluminum oxide with good insulation and thermal conductivity inside, and the two ends of the tube mouth are sealed by silica gel ceramics.

2.What kind of electric heaters do I need?
Depending on your application, there are a variety of different models to choose from. For smaller applications, screw plug heaters are useful for their low cost and ease of replacement. For larger applications flanged heaters and circulation heaters are used for their ability to handle high loads of power and larger volume of liquids. For heaters that heat gas, duct heaters are practical. If there is a pressure requirement, it is recommended to use a pipeline circulation heater. Each product has the option of coming with a mechanical thermostat or a digital controller for more precise temperature requirements. Standard junction box is always available, moisture-proof, and explosion-proof housing for more volatile environments.
3.What is Watt density?
Watt density (WPSI) is a term used in the heating industry that describes the amount of permissible wattage over a surface area of a heater. Water has a typical watt density of 65 WPSI whereas Oil would have much less because of its viscosity. When ordering a heater, it is always important to indicate to our sales group the medium for which you are heating. Typically when you are heating unclean filmy water it is important to maintain the cleanliness of your tank and consider watt density as a way to help prolong your heaters life. If deposits are in contact with the tubular element, they will stick to the sheath and will eventually lead to failure because the heat from the inner tubular coil cannot dissipate into the liquid medium easily.
4.Brand Description of Heating Elements and Accessories
Because we are a manufacturer of heaters, all components and equipment are non-standard customized products (except some parts). For replacement brand of corresponding electronic components, please be sure to tell our sales team.
5. How often should I maintain the heater?
Heaters should be maintained on a regular basis, depending on the medium you are heating, each application should be thought out carefully. Water-based liquids might have calcium deposits that stick to the sheath and, would require frequent maintenance to prevent calcium deposits (normally identified as a white powdered substance) from sticking to the individual elements.
6.Freight and Trade Agreements
For some large-scale heating equipment, the shipping price is based on the size in the drawings to estimate the real-time shipping cost, and does not represent the shipping cost on the day of shipment. Therefore, there will be deviations in freight charges, (except for the client's agent receiving packages) At present, ordinary orders only support EXW, FOB, CIF, and special orders can be negotiated.
