Biological staining. Microscope smears with staining agents, such as blood, bone marrow staining, blood parasite staining (protozoa, Leishmania, bloodworm, etc.).
Wright's stain is a compound dye composed of acid dye Eosin and basic dye Methylene Blue, which has a good distinguishing effect on the dyeing of protoplasm. Giemsa staining solution is made of Azurin II non-eosin mixture, the staining principle and result are basically the same as that of Reye's staining method. Giemsa staining solution has strong staining power on cytoplasm and can better display the basophilic degree of cytoplasm, especially for azurin, eosinophilic and basophilic particles in blood and bone marrow cells, the staining is clear, but the staining of nuclei is darker and the nuclear structure is poor.
