Main Features
The main parts of the joint vulcanizing machine are made of high strength aluminum alloy. It is equipped with electric cabinet and has 2-3Mpa even pressure offered by the pressure system, so it is easily operated, portably carries. It warms up by electric heating element, so it works stably with high thermal efficiency and homogeneous temperature. Now it has been widely used in the jointing and patching of various conveyor belts in the field of metallurgy, mining, cerement, electric power, wharf, building materials, chemical industry etc.
Advantage features:
1. Machine maximum size: from 650MM-2400MM;
2. Voltage: 380V 660V 480V 440V 415V 400V or 220V;
3. Fast cooling time: 15 minutes (from 145 degrees down to 70 degrees or less);
4. Time for temperature raise (from normal temperature to vulcanizing temperature) no more than 50 minutes

Light weight pressure water bag instead of the tradition heavy pressure system for easy handing pressure system can withstand high pressure of 2.5 Mpa without leakage and damage.At the same time standard with electric pressurized water pump,willing to reach the curing pressure of the time required for shorter.

2. The platen can be water cooling type which is made according to customer's request:
the heating layer is fitted with intermationally advanced direct-flow water circulation cooling device. It needs only 15 minutes to cool from such high tempeture as 145 degree to 70 degree so as to speed up the rubber jointing progress,improve rubber jointing strength and keep in good repair at belt joint area
