How to maintain this machine?
This machine does not need to do so much maintenance, only the water in the chiller needs to be changed.Generally, purified water and distilled water can be used.
1.Every 2-3 days, take out the protective lens of the machine to check whether there is dust inside. If there is dust To protect the lens, just use alcohol (99.99% purity) clean it.If the protective lens is not clean,the laser output power will be reduced and the focusing lens will be damaged.
2.As for the chiller, replace the water with pure or distilled water once a month.
1.How long is the warranty period?
Whole machine warranty period is 1 year, laser source 2 years. If there is any problem during the period, we will solve it as soon as possible.
2.How long is the cable? Different laser source have different option. For example, the normal cable length of raycus and max is about 9 meters. 3.How thick can 1500w-3000W be welded 1-8mm thick metal materials.
