"358" means the panel wire diamter is #8 gague (4mm),and the panel mesh hole is 3"*0.5"(76.2mm*12.7mm), which provides anti-climb and anti cut properties that ensure it is almost impossible to get fingers within the apertures to scale and climb the fence without climbing aids and cut the fence wire using shearing tools.
