Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer of abrasive tools with our own trading company as well. You are warmly welcome to visit our factory for an on-site inspection.
Q2: Do you accept OEM Brands?
Yes, OEM services are available, and we are experienced in providing OEM solutions.
Q3: Is the sample available for quality testing?
Yes, free samples are available for quality testing, but customers are responsible for the freight costs.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
For orders below USD 1,000, 100% payment in advance. For orders above USD 1,000, 30% deposit via T/T, and 70% before delivery. We will show you photos of the products and packaging before you pay the remaining balance.
Q5: How can we guarantee the quality?
We always provide a pre-production sample before mass production, and final inspection is conducted before shipment.
Q6: What can you buy from us?
Abrasive paper, abrasive cloth, abrasive belt, discs, fiberglass backing pads, strip & clean discs, flap discs, flap wheels, quick change abrasives, buffing wheels, sponge sanding, and protective films...
Q7: How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 15 to 30 working days after receiving your advance payment. However, the specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order.
